Director of Operations

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, encompassing personnel, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production and service activities
- Develop and execute operational plans to drive productivity and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to established financial targets and performance metrics
- Provide site leadership through effective communication, coaching, and accountability
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and swift problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 10 years of management experience, including manufacturing and engineering
- Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, rotating equipment manufacturing for industrial gas and/or liquefied natural gas industry preferred
Work Environment:
The employee must be able to sit, stand, or work at a computer, or be standing for prolonged periods. The position requires being on the shop floor for extended periods of time.
