  • Develop project proposals
  • Lead civil design efforts
  • Coordinate design with architects and engineers at project meetings
  • Manage technical reviews and internal QA processes
  • Undertake project management and leadership duties
  • Enhance engineering application processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation
  • 15+ years' experience in civil design, preferably for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects
  • Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes
  • Understanding of brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience in QA processes and design reviews
