The Role: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service in Veterinary Medicine

At the forefront of innovation, our team requires a seasoned expert to provide top-notch application support to vet clinic customers. As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing escalated cases with urgency and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactive case management, identifying and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients;
  • Thorough issue escalation, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems;
  • Liaison with product and engineering teams to drive technical solutions;
  • Supporting technical services, implementations, and customer success projects;
  • Mentoring junior support staff, sharing expertise and best practices;
  • Facilitating training for internal staff on new functionality and documenting release notes/knowledge base articles;
  • Monitoring support case queues and providing assistance to colleagues.

About You:

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience;
  • Strong knowledge of administering SQL Server, SQL query formats, and debugging skills;
  • Experience supporting an enterprise-wide application, including hardware, operating systems, server environments, and infrastructure configurations;
  • Expertise in logical problem-solving and creative thinking;
  • Understanding of integrations and Azure portal features;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A solutions-focused approach, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
