Senior Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Brisbane. This role offers an opportunity to provide technical support and supervision in relation to design and engineering services for projects.

About the Role
  • Provide technical expertise at a senior level;
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor works undertaken and check conditions as required;
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of trends and technology within your discipline;
  • Provide guidance, leadership and technical direction within your discipline of projects undertaken by Verbrec;
  • Undertake engineering tasks and provide guidance to other engineering disciplines, including high accuracy and efficiency in accordance with standards;
  • Ensure all aspects of quality management systems are followed in the work performed;
  • Identify and document potential risks and develop effective control strategies to minimise these risks;
  • Contribute towards proposals and tenders where appropriate;

Key qualifications include:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • 10+ years' experience in the industry or recognised as an industry specialist;
  • CPEng Status or approved equivalent (Preferred);
  • Registered Professional Engineer (if based in or performing work for a jurisdiction requiring Engineering Registration).

This role requires excellent communication skills and proven capability to perform under pressure, individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a background in oil and gas, mining, or manufacturing.
