Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Technical Development: Continuously improve your technical and professional skills through training and readiness programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with Microsoft Engineering and Supportability teams to develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools.
