PCL is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Estimator to play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and contributing to the growth of our team.

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of contract documents, including isometric, as-built, and engineering drawings, to determine overall project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing a critical path schedule to meet contract completion dates for large projects.
  • Completing full quantity take-off of all labor, equipment, and materials for larger scopes.
  • Leading pricing for general expense and project-specific general requirements for medium to large projects.
  • Assisting in presenting estimates and trade buy-out strategies with operations teams.
