Chief Enterprise Strategist

The Strategy & Transformation group plays a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Committee in developing and executing enterprise strategy. This involves running the annual Strategic Planning process, driving critical initiatives to build capabilities across all functions and geographies, and playing key roles in Mergers and Acquisitions.
This group also serves as a development engine for external and internal talent, attracting diverse, high-potential leaders who build their skills and network prior to transitioning into key roles within the organization or other functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual Strategic Planning process, challenging existing assumptions and striving for excellence
- Collaborate with EC members and senior leaders on critical initiatives
- Shaping and managing a project portfolio, lead internal, external, and seconded team members to develop, prioritize, lead, and execute enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver improved business capabilities and performance
- Partner flexibly within the organization to develop and deliver financial, scientific, clinical, technical, and commercial assessments and evaluations relevant to strategic goals
This role will be based out of our headquarters in Milford, MA. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical expertise and relevant business experience, as well as the strategic skills to architect and manage a diverse set of projects.
