Enterprise Technology Strategist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating the CTO's strategic vision into actionable outcomes. This includes defining and maintaining architecture, driving initiatives within our Application ReUse platform, and collaborating across teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain architecture aligned to strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives
  • Lead the delivery of roadmaps to support transformation programs, leveraging expertise in enterprise software development and architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture supports business outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Take a hands-on approach in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovation-driven design, staying ahead of industry trends
  • Contribute to the execution of the CTO's strategy through knowledge sharing, capability building, and strategic planning
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions, with a strong background in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse framework/software components in an enterprise software environment, with a focus on scalability and reliability
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, with experience in leading by example and guiding teams through change
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability, with a strong passion for innovation and collaboration
