Chief Compliance Officer

We seek an experienced chief compliance officer to lead our enterprise-wide compliance function and shape a values-driven compliance culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement our legal and regulatory compliance strategy, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
- Provide strategic guidance and pragmatic solutions to senior management on compliance-related matters.
- Identify and assess enterprise compliance risks, implement effective controls and mitigation strategies, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Lead internal investigations related to compliance matters and ensure effective incident reporting and resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in law, jurisprudence, business or related fields.
- 8-10+ years' experience in similar roles within international organisations.
- Experience in compliance leadership, including completing enterprise-wide legal and regulatory compliance risk assessments.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of international regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, FCPA, UK Bribery Act.
