Lead Talent Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise to deliver upon global talent strategy and ambitions.
  • Drive the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office People team for a parental leave cover role. As the Lead Talent Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.

You will also act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement. Additionally, you will deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.

In this role, you will ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities. You will build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.

You will bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.

Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development.

You will have strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action is essential.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences are required. A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking is necessary.

You will have experience managing complex programs and external partnerships.
