Executive Asset Management Specialist

This is a 12-month contract role for an experienced Asset Management professional to deliver planned and responsive maintenance works ensuring our properties are fit for purpose.
About the Role:
- Ensure maintenance activities are scheduled in line with relevant time frames.
- Allocate works for internal trades and subcontractors, including performance monitoring.
- Review job costings, invoices and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Process job variations.
- Issue invoices on completion of jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Well-rounded technical skills to produce efficient and accurate work.
- Previous experience in scheduling trades.
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment.
- Excellent prioritisation, time management and resource allocation abilities.
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues.
