We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on asset management best practices, with a focus on ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of assets across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management, maintenance, and operations, with a strong understanding of reliability engineering and maintenance strategies. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities, and be commercially astute with a proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems, and enable knowledge transfer and capability development for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset-intensive organisations.
- Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within our organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver an outstanding client service.
- Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems, and enable AM/MM and Reliability Engineering knowledge transfer and capability development - for clients.
- Relevant degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management, maintenance, operations environment.
- Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
- Experience in Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
- Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable approach.
- Effective and proven business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
