
Asset Management Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering asset care and planning to achieve safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes. It ensures that maintenance systems, processes, and procedures are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to guarantee the availability and reliability of plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute inspection and maintenance work plans to support delivery through internal teams and external contractors.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to drive ongoing improvement in plant availability and efficiency of spend.
- Plan and control capital works on a rolling 5-year basis.
- Lead staff and key stakeholders in the delivery of maintenance and capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning or similar, with people management skills and exposure to a multi-site heavy industrial business.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems, ideally Maximo, including annual maintenance plan development, budgeting, trend analysis, and improvement planning.
- Maintenance and spare parts vendor management.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to influence various stakeholders.
