About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Business Development Manager to join our team at Found People. As an AV Solutions Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial and residential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on audio visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for audio visual solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in audio visual sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential audio visual solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • AV certificates, qualifications, or tertiary education an advantage.

What We Offer:

At Found People, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $145,000 + Super, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
