Sales Manager Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our network of Franchisees and international distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Justice haircare product sales to optimise market share and profitability.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain regular quality contact with the customer base through face-to-face visits at salons;
- Understand customer needs and partner with them to achieve their goals;
- Onboard new salons, prepare opening orders based on salon design, and identify international wholesale relationships and partnerships that increase market share;
- Set targets annually for specific sales plans, KPIs, budgets, and targets for each customer, and track monthly performance;
- Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness to develop and implement account strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements;
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and specials;
- Manage sales incentives and programs, and provide input and feedback on sales trends and underperforming product lines;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, and initiate new initiatives and products to drive performance and grow the brand;
- Execute sales plan/strategy to increase revenue and market share, and represent the brand at meetings and conferences in a networking and presenting capacity.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of the haircare industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities;
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to collaborate with the Marketing team to promote products and services;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to use CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales data.

This is a full-time position, working 8 hour shifts. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Caringbah, NSW, and hold a valid Australian work visa.
