Job Description

As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences in our retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for coaching and developing team members.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the store team, facilitating open communication, and serving as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development
  • Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the MIC for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work across multiple categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
