Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to join our management team as a Senior Sales Leader. This role will be based in our Macquarie Centre store on a Full-Time basis and will report directly to the Store Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Mentor and coach a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, focusing on individual development and achieving business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Cultivate open communication within the team, providing constructive feedback and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for client and cast member matters, demonstrating excellent leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations. With initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers, you will be equipped to help clients discover our amazing offerings.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail management, with expertise in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A results-driven leader who thrives on motivating and coaching team members to achieve success.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail, ensuring your store represents our brand values.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
