Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist to join our team at Consilio LLC. As a key member of our Strategic Client Solutions group, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with senior personnel at each account, including executive-level leadership, to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect existing business and grow total account revenue through expansion of eDiscovery and managed review services
  • Map and track whitespace within each account and create plans to grow Consilio services accordingly
  • Broaden and deepen relationships with each account by asking questions to generate leads and promoting Consilio's service lines
  • Facilitate cross-jurisdictional support for global matters
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of Playbooks and lead project meetings and key communications
  • Analyze account revenue trends and report to senior management

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of legal-industry sales or account management experience
  • A flexible approach to communication and ability to adapt message quickly to the appropriate level or function
  • High attention to detail and self-starter motivation
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
