About the Role
  • Manage and mentor a team of field-based professionals and supervisors, driving high performance and a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and engagement.
  • Oversee the delivery of solar, battery, and EV projects—ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage budgets, project milestones, contractor performance, and risk to deliver optimal business outcomes.
  • Champion exceptional service across all customer touchpoints, resolving escalations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Embed strong WHS practices into every step of the service and construction process.
What You'll Bring
  • A Class Electrical Licence, CEC accreditation, and all relevant solar, battery, and installation certifications.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within the solar or electrical construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage field-based teams, drive safety culture, and deliver large-scale projects to high standards.
  • Strong financial and project management skills.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with a passion for leading people and exceeding customer expectations.
