Key Energy Transition Role

The NSW energy sector is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and transition to a net zero economy.

We are seeking an experienced professional to build and lead a team that will shape the role of gas in this transition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to develop strategies for a secure and sustainable gas supply in NSW.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on matters related to gas policy, regulation, and infrastructure development.
About You

You have strong knowledge of energy markets, policies, and regulations, as well as experience in leading teams and developing strategies.

You enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and have excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in energy, policy, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
