An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Infrastructure Manager to make a real difference in a high growth, people focused company. We are looking for a unicorn who has deep and broad technical skills, who can also lead and mentor a small team to deliver global infrastructure initiatives. If you are passionate about technology, like to own outcomes from start to finish, enjoy growing team capabilities, and don’t mind a bit of travel, this role could be a great fit for you. The role is around 80% hands on tech and 20% admin/management.

**The ideal person**:

- Has deep and broad technical skills, and hands on experience in:

- Infrastructure design and implementation (on prem & cloud) - VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco LAN/WAN networking, SAN’s, MSSQL DB HA
- MS Azure technologies
- License & cost management
- Voice / telephony
- Security / DR / Backup’s.
- Has some experience leading and managing geographically dispersed service desk and infrastructure teams. Technical lead experience will also be well regarded

Has awesome interpersonal, consultative, negotiation, and communications skills
Is great at problem solving and incident management.
Is self-motivated and can prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Is able and willing to occasionally work outside normal business hours, and in a range of work locations
