Job Title: Payroll Compliance & Project Specialist

Assist with the implementation of current systems and manage multiple payrolls in a busy environment. Take ownership of end-to-end payroll improvement projects, from concept to implementation.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery on time.
  • Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires proven payroll project management experience in complex environments:

  • Strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
  • Experience with prior implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Background in high-volume environments.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience with large payroll sizes.
