Job Description

This 10-month temporary contract offers a dynamic and engaging workload, ensuring your days are both challenging and rewarding.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for approximately 700 staff on a fortnightly cycle. This includes calculating and reporting workers compensation liabilities, including lost time and injured worker payments. You will also reconcile Long Service Leave (LSL) accruals and payments in line with Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and state legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll in a large, complex environment
  • Proficiency with major ERP systems, such as Micropay, SAP, ADP, and Time & Attendance platforms
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, driven to make a tangible impact
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills
  • Resilience and eagerness to tackle challenges with initiative and determination
