About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Estimator to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer enquiries related to the timely and accurate take-off from Architectural and Engineering drawings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  2. Accurately interpret Engineering and Architectural drawings to provide reinforcing quantities.
  3. Communicate with Architects, Engineers, and Builders to clarify any points or uncertainties that may arise.
  4. Share knowledge with stakeholders and address estimating issues.

About Your Experience:

We are looking for a proactive and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus and previous estimating or scheduling experience. You will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the building industry and experience in interpreting and estimating quantities of reinforcing material from Engineering and Architectural drawings is desirable but not essential.
