At the forefront of exceptional customer service, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.

As a pivotal member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled customer service face-to-face
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure vehicles are completed and ready for customers on time
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly
  • Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs
  • Be a champion of objections – there is always a positive outcome
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-focused role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Experience working with KPIs and motivated by achieving targets
  • Confidence in identifying and selling additional work when in the best interest of the customer
  • Familiarity with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is desirable but not essential
