Seeking a Customer Service Expert for Retail Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and providing expert advice and guidance on products.
  • Generating sales and ensuring success by providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, and conducting follow-ups with customers.
  • Supporting various warehouse duties such as receiving deliveries and providing expertise knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in retail sales or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 25kg.
