Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering training strategies that support employee growth and development.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure that all training materials, methods, and delivery channels meet the needs of a diverse workforce.

As a Training Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing training programs that align with business objectives;
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions;
  • Providing direction and guidance to training analysts in the design, development, and delivery of learning materials;
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with program objectives;
  • Reviewing and facilitating approval of agreed training materials to ensure they are clear, engaging, and fit-for-purpose;
  • Gathering learner feedback and adoption data to inform improvements to training content, methods, and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in education, training, organizational development, human resources, or a related field;
  • Several years' experience in training and capability development;
  • Experience leading training initiatives in large-scale business transformation or technology implementation programs;
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and content development platforms;
  • Ability to work with change specialists to translate change impacts into targeted training needs;
  • Proven track record of guiding and coaching training teams or analysts to deliver quality, consistent content.
