Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary:

A senior financial strategist is needed to ensure the financial well-being, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability of an organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing annual organizational strategy and budget process across strategic pillars.
  • Leveraging transformation journeys by designing, improving, and implementing strategic and operational planning processes.
  • Overseeing financial management and reporting, financial governance, as well as driving audit and risk committee agendas to mitigate risks and maintain financial health.
  • Collaborating with fundraising teams to develop diversified funding bases and generate additional funding opportunities.
  • Managing office operations, compliance, events, and technology scope to enhance operational effectiveness, drive efficiency, and ensure strong employee experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership and managerial roles with expertise in strategic planning, corporate strategy, and finance.
  • Experience engaging with board-level executives is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills and excellent proficiency in English.
  • Working experience in management consulting is an added advantage.
