Job Title:

Inclusion Support Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educator who has supported children with additional needs. This role is currently a part-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children to support their learning outcomes in accordance with National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Develop positive relationships that support children, their families, and community members
  • Foster play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
Requirements:
  • Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous inclusion support experience (preferred)
  • Be passionate about working with children of all ages
  • A strong work history demonstrating programming, writing learning stories, and supporting curriculum planning using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
  • Ability to be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, living our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
