Our organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Family and Community Counselling Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of clients and delivering high-quality services.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering Employee Assistance Programs to organisations">
  • Develop and deliver the Family and Community Counselling Service contract and manage procurement">
  • Build the organisation's contract and sub-contract profile">
  • Collaborate with management and staff to ensure consistency of service delivery and contractual obligations">
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum degree level qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in social or community services management.
