Client Service Delivery Lead

The Manager, Client Services is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Youth Justice Practices to strengthen practice and improve outcomes for detained children, their families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for improvement in quality youth services and develop strategies for implementation.
- Lead the implementation of a Youth Detention framework, focusing on developing staff capability in strength-based practice and Trauma Informed Practice.
- Provide expert advice to the leadership team on complex practice matters, analyzing performance data to identify trends and issues.
- Supervise and mentor team leaders and other Detention Centre staff to achieve exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance mechanisms to monitor and improve services, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of Youth Detention services.
Additionally, the Manager, Client Services will foster enduring and productive partnerships, establish systems to ensure effective coordination, and manage multiple projects as part of the ongoing reform renewal agenda.
