We are currently seeking a Service & Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Townsville.

As the Service & Delivery Specialist, you\'ll be the face of our brand, making sure that healthcare equipment is delivered, installed, and demonstrated efficiently and with a smile. We\'re looking for someone who is all about providing top-notch service, working well with others, and helping us keep things running smoothly in the warehouse.

A National Police Check is required for this position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellence in customer service through all interactions with clients, suppliers, medical professionals, facilities and key stakeholders
  • Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals
  • Undertake correct assembly of equipment
  • Set up trial equipment
  • Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties
  • Provide sales support and recommend products and services
  • Client liaison to co-ordinate and organise delivery and pick up times
  • Documenting and reporting on delivery/product information
  • Undertake stock management duties as required
  • Undertake warehousing duties as necessary
  • Repair and service a range of healthcare equipment as required.
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Maintain a current and satisfactory police check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform manual work - Lifting items, bending, squatting, kneeling
  • Test and Tag license - if not held a willingness to obtain
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
