We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering financial plans, range plans, and OTB strategies that drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage product assortments that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze sales data and optimize stock flow to maximize sell-through across retail and online channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trading strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of products to market.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring stock availability, managing aged inventory, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in retail planning, with a strong track record of driving commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, act decisively, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
