Job Summary

As a senior product manager, you will lead the implementation of client products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing products, participating in project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Roadmap Development - Identify next highest priority problems to solve and own the roadmap.
  • Validate Customer Needs - Advance junior product team members' research by validating the roadmap with customers.
  • Represent Product Vision - Participate in planning sessions with Design and Architecture to represent the product vision for your feature/feature set.
  • Milestones and Stakeholder Management - Be involved in key milestones and major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos.
  • Customer-Facing Conversations - Lead customer-facing early adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Skill Development - Help junior product team members interpret success metrics and work with customer awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience Presenting to Executives - Strong ability to present to multiple layers of a company, including executives.
  • Software Development Knowledge - Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Customer Interview Experience - Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews.
  • Effective Communication - Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Agile Delivery - Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
  • Actionable Requirements - Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
Desired Skills:
  • Advanced Agile Principles - Advanced knowledge of Agile principles.
  • Commercial Banking Expertise - Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations.
  • Loan Origination Software Experience - Experience with loan origination software/technology.
