We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to ensure database systems performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain database software.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor database performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Data Protection: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss.
  • Security and Access Control: Maintain database security and access controls to protect sensitive data.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve database issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Upgrade and Migration: Plan and implement database upgrades and migrations to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to optimize database design and performance.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate documentation for database systems.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to users, ensuring they have the necessary information and assistance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
  • Proficiency in database administration tools, such as SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
  • Familiarity with database security and access controls.
  • Experience with database backup and recovery strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
