Job Overview

Prime Immigration LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction works, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting all stakeholders' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of construction works at site, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement construction methodologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with construction projects, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, delegating authority and responsibilities as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in terms of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or equivalent role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in construction management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, with a proven track record of success.
