About The Role

This is a diverse role, suitable for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing residential projects. As a Project Coordinator/Pre Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all pre-construction activities are executed efficiently and effectively, setting the stage for successful project delivery within the residential space.

Key Responsibilities For The Role

  • Coordinate and manage pre-construction activities, including project selections, planning, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and the construction team to review plans and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials and services.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights for effective decision-making and strategy refinement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in pre-construction coordination or project coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build a strong rapport and effective working relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
