About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and committed Project Manager with a proven track record of efficiently managing the overall safe delivery of small to medium sized electrical projects. As a collaborative and team-driven project leader in safety through planning and implementation, you will have strong accountability for a HSEQ culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to successfully deliver high-calibre projects within time and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate program review meetings, professional negotiations with all stakeholders and clients, and effectively oversee project teams to deliver as per the design methodology and project specifications.
  • Utilize effective communication and organizational skills to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian WHS requirements and processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards.
  • Exhibit expertise in Microsoft Project and perform accurate forecasting.
  • Strong attention to planning and programming the works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment, energy, and drive.
  • Proven track record of working to strict deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar project delivery role.
  • Electrical project experience in HV & underground reticulation projects an advantage.
  • Electrical project experience with LV, PLC & Controls.
  • Electrical project experience within the water/wastewater industry an advantage.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail suitable for D&C projects.
  • Good energy and positive attitude, with a focus on solutions and problem-solving.
  • Initiative and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Exhibits the capability to perform accurate forecasting.
  • Strong attention to planning and programming the works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment, energy, and drive.
  • Proven track record of working to strict deadlines.
