Project Manager - Infrastructure Expert

**About the Role**

Pensar Construction Group is seeking a high-calibre Project Manager to lead our regional infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic direction, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery within budget and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to completion, across a variety of disciplines.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
* Mitigate risks, identify and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
* Lead and motivate a team of site personnel, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry with a broad infrastructure background.
* Demonstrated success in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant engineering principles for your area of expertise (e.g., civil engineering, mechanical engineering).
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for FIFO rosters.
