Compliance Role Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Health and Education team in Bathurst, AU. This role plays a key part in ensuring services meet compliance, contractual, and legislative obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance advice and support to ensure services meet legislative, contractual, and organisational obligations.
  • Assist the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance activities across multiple sites.
  • Undertake compliance-related project work to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a systems superuser, supporting effective use of internal compliance systems and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of compliance outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Hold qualifications or have substantial equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Safety, or Compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance document control, and contractor onboarding processes.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple systems.
  • Skilled in preparing clear, professional reports and correspondence with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Extensive experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
