Compliance Specialist Role

Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring services across multiple sites meet compliance, contractual, and legislative obligations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

This is a broad scope of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing compliance advice and support to ensure services meet legislative, contractual, and organisational obligations.
  • Assisting in implementing and monitoring compliance activities across multiple sites.
  • Undertaking compliance-related project work to support continuous improvement.
  • Supporting effective use of internal compliance systems and tools.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of compliance outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Qualifications or substantial equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Safety, or Compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance document control, and contractor onboarding processes.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple systems.
  • Skilled in preparing clear, professional reports and correspondence with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Extensive experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
