We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Compliance Officer
to join our Health and Education team in Orange. This role plays a key part in ensuring services across multiple sites meet compliance, contractual, and legislative obligations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
As the administrator of our Contractor Management System, you'll support contractor onboarding and compliance processes. A mobile phone will be provided to support your work across sites.
What You'll Do
This is a
max term role for 2 years
, offering a broad scope of responsibilities, including:
- Provide compliance advice and support to ensure services meet legislative, contractual, and organisational obligations.
- Assist the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance activities across multiple sites.
- Undertake compliance-related project work to support continuous improvement.
- Act as a systems superuser, supporting effective use of internal compliance systems and tools.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of compliance outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications or substantial equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Safety, or Compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance document control, and contractor onboarding processes.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple systems.
- Skilled in preparing clear, professional reports and correspondence with strong written and verbal communication.
- Extensive experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
