We are currently seeking an independent member to join our Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee. The role involves providing critical advisory and assurance functions within our organization.

Committee Responsibilities

The Committee will be responsible for conducting reviews and offering advice on various aspects of our operations, including:

  • Compliance
  • Risk Management
  • Fraud Control
  • Financial Management
  • Governance
  • Implementation of Strategic Plans and Delivery Programs
  • Service Reviews
  • Collection of Performance Measurement Data

The Committee will also provide information to improve our performance and advise on internal audit activities.
