About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Brand Coordinator - Wholesale to deliver strong operations for our wholesale brands and support profitable sales to our customers.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based out of our state-of-the-art offices in Cremorne, VIC.

  • Deliver key operational objectives for the Wholesale business.
  • Support the Wholesale Brand Managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
  • Assist with the execution of brand costings and product setup process from start to finish.
  • Assist with sourcing assets, creating drafts, and proofing brand catalogues.
  • Assist with ordering samples from principals and arranging upkeep, packing lists, and dispatch to the sales team/customers as required.
  • Run key stock reports, including Clearance, Free Stock, SKU Count, Free Later, and other Ad Hoc reports, to drive faster sales and increase profitability.
  • Attend Brand Range Releases, Conferences, Weekly Sales Meetings, and relevant operations and brand communications as required.
  • Assist with Weekly Sell Through Reports, Key Account Line Lists/Reports/Information, and Brand/Product reports as required.
  • Own the upkeep of the Sales Calendar and ensure clear communication to the Wholesale team and wider Accent business.
