About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator - Wholesale to join our team at Accent Group Limited. As a key member of our wholesale business, you will be responsible for delivering strong operations to support profitable sales of our brands to our wholesale customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key operational objectives for the wholesale business, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Support the wholesale brand managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
  • Assist with the execution of brand costings and product setup processes from start to finish.
  • Source assets, create drafts, and proof brand catalogues.
  • Order samples from principals, arrange upkeep, packing lists, and dispatch to sales teams/customers as required.
  • Run key stock reports, including clearance, free stock, SKU count, free later, and ad-hoc reports, to drive faster sales and increase profitability.
  • Attend brand range releases, conferences, weekly sales meetings, and relevant operations and brand communications.
  • Assist with weekly sell-through reports, key account line lists/reports/information, and brand/product reports as required.
  • Own the upkeep of the sales calendar, ensuring clear communication to the wholesale team and wider Accent business.

Requirements:

  • Excel skills are a must, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
  • AP21 (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
