About the Role:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, embodying the brand's values and culture. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating a high-performance selling environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a store culture that fosters passion for the brand and encourages team members to shine as brand ambassadors.
  • Establish a sales environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations, delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • Embrace opportunities to drive sales and exceed commercial targets, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a team of talented individuals, fostering a sense of accountability and empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize your expertise across divisions of responsibility, ensuring the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, with a proven track record of delivering positive results.
  • Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
