Restaurant Management Opportunity in Sydney

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to join our team in Penrith, Sydney. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and staff management.
  • Inspiring and supporting your team to deliver outstanding results and create a positive work environment.
  • Maintaining and exceeding food and service standards to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effective inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Analysis and implementation of sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve performance targets.
  • Fostering strong relationships with guests to build a loyal customer base.

Your Background:

  • Prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role or senior position.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering memorable experiences.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to motivating and developing your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Competitive Salary Package: We offer a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonus incentives based on individual and business performance.
