Job Title: Floor Supervisor

As a key figure in our restaurant's success, the floor supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high-quality service.

The floor supervisor is responsible for supporting the restaurant manager with all operational aspects, supervising crew members to meet expected performance standards, motivating team members to create a positive work environment, and effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
  • A current RSA Certificate, which demonstrates their ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe working environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Demonstrated leadership approach and goal-driven behavior, with a focus on achieving exceptional results
