Job Overview

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to set the standard for quality, leading a team and embedding quality from strategy through to release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the QA vision, enhancing frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
  • Promote a quality-first culture across product and engineering.
  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
Requirements
  • Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
  • Advanced expertise in automation and hands-on technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
