About Quality Management

At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Quality Control Manager to lead our quality team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing our quality control system and processes to ensure all products meet established quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading quality teams in a highly regulated industry, such as defence or automotive. They will also possess a tertiary qualification in engineering and quality, as well as the ability to travel internationally and interstate when required.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and developing the QC team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Implementing problem-solving and improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to uphold the highest quality levels
